Operations

We own and operate oil, natural gas, and water gathering systems, natural gas processing plants, oil treating facilities, and crude oil, natural gas, and NGLs pipelines, and our equity investments in facilities and pipelines provide stable cash flow to our business.

OUR ASSETS

Delaware Basin

With 39 processing and treating facilities and 3,497 miles of pipeline, our assets are located in the heart of the Delaware Basin, one of the most-active basins in the US.

DJ Basin

With five active gas processing plants and our Central Oil Stabilization Facility (COSF), our DJ Basin assets provide gathering, processing, and treating services across one of the most active basins in the United States.

Equity Investments

Our equity investments diversify our portfolio and provide us with stability and an expanded customer base.

Other Assets

Our portfolio of assets includes gathering, stabilization, treating, and processing facilities located in South Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
