Lou Kaiser has served as Vice President, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment, of Western Midstream since July 2023.

Mr. Kaiser has more than 35 years of experience in the chemical and energy industry. Prior to joining Western Midstream, Lou worked at Huntsman Corporation for 28 years in roles of increasing responsibility, including Sr. Director of Global HSE in the Polyurethanes division. 

Lou holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a veteran of the Army National Guard.
